Copperheads RLFC Names Stealth-Mode Tech Startup FairShare as Principal Partner in Landmark Equity-Driven Deal. The Strategic partnership integrates FairShare’s ownership infrastructure to power the club’s community-led warranted equity model.

[Roswell, GA] — [4/25/2026] The Atlanta Copperheads RLFC (Inc.) is proud to announce a transformative one-year principal sponsorship agreement with FairShare, a stealth-mode technology company specializing in warranted equity management and community-led operations.

This partnership marks a significant milestone for the club, securing FairShare as the "Front-of-Kit" sponsor for the Men’s, Women’s, and Youth teams.

The agreement, valued at $30,000 for the inaugural year, includes a Right of First Refusal for Year Two and establishes a deep strategic alignment between the two organizations. In a move that highlights the club’s commitment to modern ownership structures, the deal is a hybrid trade-and-equity arrangement.

FairShare will provide the Copperheads RLFC with indefinite, no-cost use of its proprietary software, enabling the club to distribute, manage, and operate all warranted equity operations for its community of supporters.

As part of the strategic alignment, FairShare Head of Product Phillip McDaniel will receive 30,000 Class B warrants in Copperheads RLFC Inc., reflecting a 1:1 unit-to-dollar valuation. This move reinforces the involvement of Phillip

McDaniel, a member of the Copperheads Advisory Board and key figure at FairShare, ensuring the partnership is rooted in long-term institutional growth.

The partnership also supports the club’s expanding travel requirements, including participation in the Las Vegas 9s and international touring opportunities.
