Equity Alignment: Each $1 spent on sponsorship equals 1 Class C warrant unit from the club’s dilutable Class C supporter pool, subject to governing documents and definitive agreements.

This partnership is built for an organization that wants to be clearly seen, consistently associated with the club, and included across a broad range of promotional channels as a leading supporting sponsor.

As Premier Partner – Right, your brand receives a prominent placement on the right sleeve and shoulder area of the match jersey, giving you visible association with the club’s on-field identity. Beyond jersey exposure, this package is designed to provide strong presence across digital, video, event, and community touchpoints, while remaining a premium supporting tier beneath the Principal Partner position.

Merchandise & Apparel

• Premium right sleeve and shoulder logo placement on official match jerseys

• Approved use of your logo for co-branded marketing and promotional purposes, including commissioned pieces from our supplier at cost

• Strong visual association with the club’s on-field identity as a supporting brand partner

Subject to venue approval, event format, and available inventory:

• MC or PA acknowledgments

Print, Signage & Collateral

Where produced, your brand may be included in club and event materials using sponsor-provided creative assets. If a sponsor requests new creative, signage, or collateral to be designed, produced, or installed through a club-approved vendor, those production costs may be billed separately unless otherwise agreed.

• fundraising or banquet materials

Premier Partner – Right support helps fund club operations, player development, and the continued growth of the Copperheads across teams, sports, and activities. It also helps offset travel, one of the club’s largest ongoing expenses, including regular season conference travel, East Coast playoff travel, national championship travel, annual Las Vegas 9s participation, and international touring opportunities such as England or Africa.

Just as importantly, this support helps create an environment where athletes are pushed to grow not only in competition, but also in leadership, work ethic, coachability, and service to the broader community.

Art of the Possible

This package is intended to allow room for creativity while remaining appropriately aligned with this supporting sponsorship tier.

If you have an activation idea, and we can execute it, we are open to working with you to bring it to life. That may include co-branded promotions, themed events, fan engagement concepts, hospitality ideas, community initiatives, or other creative partnership elements that fit within the overall sponsorship structure and remain complementary to the Principal Partner position.

Strategic Expansion Opportunities

The Premier Partner – Right package can be expanded through separate plain-language email-based agreements to include:

• additional teams

• additional sports or activities

• broader community initiatives

• bundled multi-property pricing

• custom activation campaigns appropriate to this partnership level

Sponsors that commit upfront across multiple Copperheads properties may qualify for bundled pricing under a broader strategic partnership agreement.

Inventory Flexibility Note

Certain in-person benefits depend on venue infrastructure, venue approval, and event operations. Where those opportunities are available, the Premier Partner – Right package will be given strong consideration for inclusion, while recognizing that Principal Partner inventory and top-priority visibility receive first call.
