Bio:


Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Athletic Training in 1989 from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN. Jeff’s first exposure to rugby came when he traveled to Australia for 3 months after college and did an internship at St. George Sports Injury Centre outside of Sidney.


Jeff now has an extensive background in sports medicine and rehabilitation and has worked in various settings with athletes and active individuals including sports bio-mechanics evaluations as well as pre-employment functional testing and ergonomic work station analysis as well as numerous injury prevention presentations to companies.


Over the years, he has provided athletic training services for 23 different high schools and 3 colleges as well as numerous community based sports organizations including rugby, soccer, hockey, basketball, tennis, wrestling, semi-pro football including the FdL Crusaders and women’s Legends Football-the Green Bay Chill, 5th-8th grade football, Judo, and Tae Kwon Do.

Jeff is also credentialed as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has provided personal training for all levels of personal fitness, all ages of athletes, and individuals progressing after formal rehabilitation.


In his free time, Jeff enjoys the amazing sunshine that Florida has compared what he is used to in Wisconsin. Every day is a blessing, so time at the beach, getting back into snorkeling, doing home improvements outside and even taking the dog for a run are appreciated!
